ACUBENDER is a versatile bending machine that allows bending both flat stainless steel strips and aluminum profiles used in letter construction. The interchangeable bending head enables quick and easy tool changes. It is the world’s first bending machine equipped with 2 cutting systems: a milling cutter for aluminum profiles and a blade for stainless steel.
With automatically interchangeable tools in the head, the machine enables bending of materials as thin as 0.5 mm and thick aluminum strips up to 2.0 mm.
ACUBENDER enables the creation of three-dimensional letters made from various types of strips, including the use of system aluminum profiles and flat strips of stainless steel, galvanized, and regular steel, ranging in thickness from 0.4 to 1.0 mm and width from 20 to 180 mm.

ACUBENDER is distinguished by its high precision in bending arcs, with a minimum bending radius of 7 mm and a distance of 4.5 mm between the inner and outer bends. The notching of bending areas is performed using industrial milling cutters, and the notching depth is controlled automatically.
The machine ensures very precise feed achieved through draw screws, and the letters bent on this bender exhibit exceptional precision in execution, facilitating easy laser welding or joining with a pneumatic staple gun.
